MCA Shield LLC

Terms of Service, Platinum Membership & Lead Purchases

Last revised: October 12, 2026

These terms describe the rules for mcashield.com, MCA Shield’s consulting and referral services, company directories and profiles, paid Platinum memberships, and separately purchased business leads. “MCA Shield,” “we,” and “us” mean MCA Shield LLC. A “member” is a business accepted into Platinum membership through its authorized representative. An “approved buyer” is a company separately approved to purchase leads for the relevant service and inquiry.

Read these terms and the applicable membership or purchase terms before enrolling, paying or submitting information. Paid enrollment and purchases require affirmative acceptance of their applicable terms. Merely browsing the website or submitting an inquiry does not authorize recurring charges, unrestricted marketing contact or disclosure of another person’s information.

1. Our services and independent providers

MCA Shield provides business information, financial consulting and referrals, publishes company directories and profiles, and offers paid placement and business-lead purchase opportunities. Our consultation is free. Independent providers set their own service terms, eligibility requirements and fees. MCA Shield receives compensation for sponsored memberships, lead purchases and compensated referrals.

MCA Shield is not a lender or law firm. We do not assume your debt, make payments to funders on your behalf, or provide legal representation, tax advice, accounting services or personal credit repair. Discuss program obligations and risks directly with the service provider and an appropriately qualified professional.

A general MCA Shield inquiry may be referred to one suitable independent company when the visitor has authorized that referral. The recipient may be an eligible member or another qualified company offered an opportunity under the applicable purchase rules. We do not send the same referred lead to multiple receiving companies. Visitors remain free to contact other providers independently. See Section 7 and Section 9.

Information, calculators, sample leads, case studies and company profiles are educational or illustrative. They do not guarantee funding, payment relief, debt reduction, eligibility, enforceability of an agreement or any particular result. Public demonstrations do not represent a completed purchase or delivery. Provider contracts govern the provider’s services; these terms govern your relationship with MCA Shield.

2. Eligibility and authorized business use

Membership and lead purchasing are for adults authorized to act for legitimate businesses offering relevant services. Companies must provide accurate identity, contact, service-area and qualification information and maintain the licenses and permissions required for their activities. Membership does not confer a professional license or certify regulatory compliance.

Separate lead-buyer approval

Paying for Platinum does not by itself qualify a company to purchase leads. Buyer screening requires at least two years in business, a verifiable Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of B+ or better, appropriate licenses or other credentials for the services involved, review of client experience, and suitability for the particular inquiry. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee approval for every service, location or lead.

Lead-specific eligibility also depends on the requested service, geography, amount, company capabilities, current approval status and the prospect’s permission. Buyers must promptly report material changes to their qualifications. MCA Shield may request updated evidence or restrict purchasing while eligibility is reviewed. Buyer approval is not a guarantee of provider performance or an endorsement of every service the company offers.

Participation is limited to supported business-service categories. Review our business debt and finance directory for category information; availability and enrollment are confirmed separately. The business-lead program does not solicit new merchant cash advance funding, consumer debt relief, consumer mortgages or personal credit repair. Membership in one category does not automatically include placement or purchase eligibility in another.

3. Monthly Platinum membership and category reservations

Current membership and purchase structure
Item Terms
Platinum membership $499 per month, per category. Each additional category requires its own accepted enrollment and payment arrangements.
Paid category capacity Up to 10 paid members per category, subject to availability and approval.
Directory placement Members rotate every 24 hours through the occupied paid positions. No member purchases a permanent numbered position.
Fresh-lead purchases Separately priced. Approved eligible members receive equal first opportunity to purchase matching leads under the applicable member-priority rules.
Upcoming-category reservation The initial payment includes the prelaunch reservation period plus one full first month after that category launches, with activation and renewal dates confirmed in writing.

Enrollment and benefit start dates

Before payment, MCA Shield will confirm the category, price, available benefits, publication or activation timing, billing dates, renewal terms, cancellation method and any applicable reservation conditions. Enrollment is confirmed after the agreement and payment requirements are satisfied. An inquiry, invitation, profile listing or discussion of availability does not by itself establish paid membership or hold a placement.

Any temporary hold must be expressly confirmed in writing with its expiration and conditions. A reservation is for category membership, not a fixed directory number or future allocation of leads. Payment is handled through the provider identified before payment.

Upcoming-category reservations

For an accepted paid prelaunch reservation, the initial membership payment covers the period before the reserved category launches and one full month after its actual launch. The next monthly renewal must not occur before that full first postlaunch month ends. The written confirmation identifies the launch or activation basis, which benefits are available before launch, and the first renewal date or how that date will be determined.

Projected launch timing is not a guaranteed calendar date unless expressly agreed in writing. Any delay, cancellation or material change is handled under Section 5 and the accepted reservation agreement; a delay does not authorize additional monthly prelaunch charges.

The current membership details and lead-purchase rules are maintained on the Platinum Membership and Business Leads pages. Review the applicable version before accepting an offer. Changes to those pages do not retroactively change an accepted transaction or remove accrued rights.

4. Sponsored directory placement, profiles and inquiry routing

Daily rotation through occupied paid positions

The paid group occupies the category’s paid placement positions, with its order rotating every 24 hours. Three paid members rotate through positions 1–3; as more members join, the rotation expands through the occupied positions, up to 10. Unpaid listings follow the active paid group. Membership does not secure a permanent first position or a fixed numbered placement.

Directory position does not affect an approved member’s lead-purchase priority. Sponsored placements must be identified as paid or sponsored; the paid order is not an independent ranking of company merit, an endorsement or a “best company” determination.

Membership benefits

Platinum includes directory exposure in the enrolled category, input on the associated company profile’s presentation, and designated links to the member’s chosen webpage. The agreed link destination may be a company website, service page, contact page or quote page. Approved eligible members also receive the purchase opportunity described in Section 6. Each lead purchase is separate from membership.

Company content must be accurate and supportable. Members may supply authorized branding, company facts, presentation suggestions and correction requests; MCA Shield retains editorial responsibility. Payment does not purchase favorable reviews, ratings, endorsements, removal of accurate criticism or guaranteed backlinks. Corrections of factual errors are not conditioned on payment. Additional content or services require a separate agreement rather than being implied membership benefits.

Know who receives an inquiry

A visitor following a designated link to a member’s website contacts that company under its own site’s practices. A clearly identified general MCA Shield form sends the inquiry to MCA Shield and may lead to one qualified independent provider, subject to the form’s disclosures and the visitor’s permission. That provider may differ from the company whose profile the visitor was viewing.

A request expressly directed exclusively to a named company must be handled according to that request. It cannot automatically become a lead for another buyer. Referral to a different company requires a new explanation and the visitor’s applicable permission before disclosure. A profile visit, membership payment or general acceptance of these terms does not override the visitor’s selection.

Companies without Platinum

Purchasing Platinum is optional. An unpaid company may remain in editorial coverage or below the active paid directory group, but does not receive the paid placement benefits merely because a profile exists. Its quote buttons may link to a clearly labeled general MCA Shield form rather than its own website. Factual correction requests remain available without payment. No company is guaranteed permanent editorial inclusion.

5. Billing, cancellation, price changes and reservations

Monthly renewal and cancellation

After you expressly authorize a monthly subscription, membership renews monthly until canceled under the accepted agreement. The amount, billing frequency, renewal timing and cancellation method must be disclosed before authorization. These website terms or an inquiry alone do not authorize recurring charges.

Cancel before your next renewal by emailing contact@mcashield.com or calling (918) 948-7186. You may also use any additional cancellation method provided at enrollment. Include your business name and category so we can locate the membership. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid benefits continue through the current paid period unless properly suspended or terminated under the agreement. A cancellation request received before renewal is not made late merely because our acknowledgment follows later.

Membership payments and remedies

Platinum membership and directory-placement payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or an expressly accepted written remedy. No full or prorated refund is provided for voluntary cancellation, unused membership time or unused benefits. Lack of leads, traffic or sales does not by itself make the membership payment refundable.

This policy does not excuse failure to provide contracted services or remove required legal remedies. Report duplicate charges, unauthorized charges or failure to deliver contracted services for review. Separate lead-purchase terms govern lead disputes and any applicable replacement or refund. Any approved monetary refund is returned through the original payment method where practicable.

Prospective price changes

The current membership rate is $499 per month per category. MCA Shield may change future pricing, including as traffic and the service develop. Existing subscribers receive advance notice of the new amount and effective billing date, with an opportunity to cancel before the new rate applies. The subscription agreement specifies the notice terms, subject to applicable law. A price change does not increase a completed charge, alter an already paid period or reduce an accepted prelaunch reservation’s included first month.

Launch delays or cancellation

The reservation agreement must explain how a delayed or canceled category launch affects the reservation, agreed services and available remedies. We will notify affected reservation holders of material changes. We do not begin additional monthly renewals during the included prelaunch period or substitute a different category without the member’s agreement. The non-refundable policy does not eliminate an agreed remedy or a remedy required by law for undelivered contracted services.

Previously accepted agreements

These revisions do not retroactively revoke rights under an earlier accepted agreement. Any such commitments remain subject to their accepted terms unless lawfully changed. An old page or promotional message does not make a discontinued offer available to new applicants.

Keep a copy of cancellation, billing and remedy requests. Do not send full payment-card information.

6. Fresh-lead purchase access and member-priority windows

Approved, eligible active Platinum members receive equal first opportunity to purchase fresh leads matching their approved category, capabilities and the prospect’s authorized needs. For a particular offer, eligible members receive the same purchase price and member-priority deadline regardless of their directory position. Notification delivery times can vary; equal opportunity does not guarantee simultaneous receipt on every device.

The applicable purchase window, deadline and time zone must be stated in the offer and follow the lead-purchase rules made available before acceptance. Review the current timing details on the Platinum Membership or Business Leads page. An offer may close when purchased or be withdrawn for a genuine eligibility, permission, accuracy or availability issue.

If no eligible members are available, or a lead remains unpurchased after the applicable member-priority window, MCA Shield may offer it to other vetted, eligible companies. Outside buyers remain subject to the same qualification, privacy, permitted-use and one-company distribution requirements. They do not displace eligible members during an active member-only window.

The first eligible buyer completing a valid purchase receives the authorized lead details after verification. A request for information, expression of interest or attempted payment alone does not establish a completed purchase. The offer must explain the steps needed to complete a valid purchase. MCA Shield’s transaction records are used to verify the purchase order and recipient.

Each lead’s price and material purchase conditions are disclosed before payment. Membership does not include free leads, a lead round-robin, guaranteed allocation, a minimum quantity, exclusive access to every future offer or equal purchase totals. A member may purchase more or fewer leads than another member. Lead availability and buyer approval remain separate from the paid directory benefits.

7. Non-identifying previews, verification and one-company delivery

Previews before purchase

Multiple eligible prospective buyers may review a non-identifying preview to assess fit. A preview may describe the service need, general location, industry, approximate debt or funding amount, inquiry age and relevant limitations. It must not expose names, business names, contact details, exact addresses, financial account information or a combination of details reasonably usable to identify the prospect. Buyers must not attempt to identify or contact the prospect from a preview.

Verification and delivery

Authorized identifying and contact information is released only to the successful approved purchaser after payment, buyer eligibility and applicable sharing permission are verified. Purchasing does not itself establish prospect permission. MCA Shield may hold or reject delivery where authorization, eligibility, accuracy, security or payment cannot be verified.

The delivery method and expected timing must be disclosed before purchase. Delivery may involve direct communication with a verified buyer or another agreed method with appropriate safeguards; these terms do not promise an automated dashboard or instant release. Report missing delivery promptly rather than making a duplicate purchase.

If a competing or duplicate payment is processed for a lead that cannot be delivered to that payer, the unsuccessful transaction will be voided or refunded as appropriate. Processing a second payment does not authorize delivery to a second company.

One receiving company

MCA Shield distributes each referred lead’s authorized details to one receiving company and does not sell or deliver that same lead to multiple buyers. Showing a non-identifying preview to several eligible buyers is not delivery of the identifying lead record.

After authorized details have been delivered, a buyer’s failure to reach the prospect, decision not to proceed, refund request or unsuccessful sale does not automatically authorize resale or reassignment to another company. A request to be referred elsewhere requires a new, separately authorized referral request; these terms do not supply that permission.

The one-company commitment describes MCA Shield’s distribution. It does not mean the visitor has never contacted another provider, that another provider does not already hold information independently, or that the buyer owns the visitor’s future business. Known material sharing history must be disclosed before purchase. Visitors may independently research, contact or choose other providers.

8. Lead accuracy, purchase disputes and remedies

A lead must represent a genuine inquiry within the stated business-service scope, with truthful material qualifications and authority to disclose the information for the intended purpose. Inquiry age, source and known material limitations must not be misrepresented. Reentering a record or changing its label does not make an older inquiry new.

Report fabricated inquiries, invalid contact information, missing sharing permission, materially inaccurate qualifications, undisclosed duplicate delivery or other failures to meet the accepted purchase description. An unanswered call, a disclosed limitation, a provider-specific preference, a prospect’s later change of mind or failure to close a sale does not by itself establish an invalid lead.

The applicable lead-purchase terms must identify any contractual dispute deadline, supporting-evidence requirements and replacement or refund policy before purchase. No undisclosed deadline or later policy change applies retroactively. These membership terms do not promise a particular replacement lead or cash refund for ordinary commercial nonperformance.

Submit the lead identifier, purchase and delivery dates, description of the issue and relevant supporting evidence to contact@mcashield.com or call (918) 948-7186. Avoid sending unrelated sensitive information. MCA Shield will review the available records and may request clarification. Any remedy follows the terms accepted for that transaction and applicable law.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments and failure to deliver a purchased lead are reviewed separately from whether an otherwise valid lead converts into a client. A dispute or remedy does not override the one-company distribution rule. Suspected unauthorized disclosure, missing permission or other privacy issues should be reported promptly, regardless of any commercial dispute deadline, and affected information must not be used outside its authorized scope.

9. Permission, privacy and recipient responsibilities

Only submit information you are authorized to share for the specific purpose, recipient and contact methods involved. Keep records of the original inquiry, source, disclosures, permission, contact restrictions and known sharing history. A submitting company’s checkbox does not, by itself, establish valid prospect permission or shift all legal responsibility away from MCA Shield or the recipient.

Forms and collection notices must explain who receives the submission, the proposed compensated referral and any permission or choice required for that sharing. A general MCA Shield referral request and a request exclusively directed to a named company are different. Generic policy acceptance, a new disclosure added after collection or permission to contact one company does not automatically authorize disclosure to a different buyer.

Receiving buyers must use information only within the permitted scope, verify the requirements applicable to their calls, texts and emails, honor opt-outs and suppression requests, maintain appropriate security, and limit access to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for a permitted purpose. Membership or a lead purchase does not authorize automated marketing, unlawful referral commissions, resale, unrestricted onward disclosure or contact outside the prospect’s permission.

A buyer must not sell or distribute the purchased lead to other prospective providers. Any further information sharing needed to deliver separately contracted services must have its own lawful basis and any required client authorization; this lead purchase does not supply that authority. Transactions involving legal, mortgage, tax or other regulated services remain subject to applicable licensing, referral-fee, fee-sharing, consent and disclosure restrictions.

Do not include Social Security numbers, account passwords, full bank statements, tax returns, consumer credit reports or other unnecessary sensitive records in previews or ordinary lead communications. Regulated financial records and tax-return information may require additional, specific authorization and appropriate handling beyond general referral permission.

A compensated disclosure may qualify as a sale of personal information under applicable privacy law. A business purpose or one-company referral does not by itself create a blanket privacy-law exemption. Transactions remain subject to applicable privacy, data-broker, marketing and professional requirements. MCA Shield may restrict a transaction until required permissions and safeguards are in place. These terms do not certify that every member or transaction complies with every law.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy requests. Buyers must cooperate with applicable access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests and report suspected unauthorized disclosure promptly. Commercial dispute deadlines do not restrict privacy rights. Accepting website cookies is not permission to sell a referral or contact a prospect.

10. Account conduct, restrictions and termination

Keep account access confidential and contact details current. Prohibited conduct includes fabricated inquiries, misleading qualifications, false permission records or complaints, unauthorized scraping, attempts to identify masked prospects, bypassing purchase requirements, duplicate accounts or automated activity used to defeat fair access, malicious activity, and unlawful contact or redistribution.

MCA Shield may temporarily restrict access while reviewing suspected misuse, lost eligibility or security risks and may permanently remove companies for serious or repeated violations. We will explain the basis where reasonably possible without compromising security or another person’s privacy. A company may request review by emailing contact@mcashield.com with supporting information.

Restrictions on lead purchasing do not automatically resolve the status of a separately paid directory membership. Suspension or termination of paid placement is governed by the accepted agreement, Section 5 and applicable law. Enforcement does not automatically defeat an accrued refund right or authorize charges after an effective cancellation.

Termination or voluntary account closure does not permit continued use of prospect information outside its authorized purpose. Privacy, permitted-use, payment and other obligations that appropriately survive termination remain in effect. Request voluntary closure through the contact methods below.

11. Availability, closure and limits of service

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a minimum number of leads, a fixed match rate, provider acceptance, financing approval, settlements, revenue or search placement. A lead may be accurate yet unsuitable for a particular program. Review the preview, age and disclosed limitations before purchasing.

If a category or service is permanently discontinued, we will notify affected members where reasonably practicable and address future billing, undelivered paid transactions and any applicable remedies under the accepted agreements and Section 5. Discontinuing lead sales does not by itself cancel separately contracted directory obligations or authorize substitute services.

These provisions do not waive liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, obligations expressly undertaken here or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Independent providers are responsible for their services and representations. MCA Shield’s role does not make every provider action our own, but nothing here removes responsibilities imposed on MCA Shield by applicable law.

12. Content, updates and resolving concerns

Members retain their rights in supplied materials and represent that they have authority to provide them. They grant MCA Shield permission to use those materials as needed to perform agreed services, review submissions, make permitted referrals and publish company profiles. Any post-membership use of supplied branding is governed by the agreement and applicable law. Public-source editorial coverage may remain after membership ends; membership does not transfer ownership of MCA Shield-authored content unless separately agreed. This permission does not expand the underlying prospect’s consent. Website content may not be copied, scraped or republished without authorization except as allowed by law.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated to affected members, with additional acceptance obtained where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove accrued rights or change completed purchases. Updating a webpage does not authorize a new recurring charge or reduce benefits already contracted for a paid period without a lawful basis or separately accepted change.

The membership and lead-purchase rules made available at acceptance form part of the applicable agreement. A separately accepted written agreement supplements these terms and controls an expressly identified conflict concerning that company’s commercial benefits, dates, payment or remedies, subject to applicable law. Material transaction-specific conditions must be disclosed before acceptance. No agreement substitutes for prospect permission or overrides a third party’s privacy rights.

Please contact us first about billing, delivery, account or privacy concerns so we can review the facts. This request does not require you to give up available legal remedies or allow a filing deadline to pass. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
