Business debt services and MCA restructuring

Structured reconciliation

NCP describes this as direct creditor negotiation to modify repayment terms, aiming for obligations to be paid in full. Its stated focus includes businesses with $50,000 or more in commercial debt.

Business obligations reviewed

Its website lists MCAs, business term loans, SBA loans, business credit cards, lines of credit, and equipment financing.

Ask which specific agreements qualify and whether any secured obligations require a different approach.

Prepare for a consultation: Have current balances, creditor agreements, payment schedules, and recent business statements ready. Request a written explanation of which obligations the proposed program would cover.

National Credit Partners reviews and BBB rating

Review sources answer different questions. BBB accreditation and its letter grade describe the business record; customer stars summarize submitted experiences. Neither establishes what an individual business will achieve.

BBB business record
A+

Accredited since 2018

BBB lists accreditation since November 26, 2018, and identifies KVC Group LLC as an alternate business name. The record links to nationalcreditpartners.com.

What the available customer feedback discusses

Positive BBB comments describe communication, helpful explanations and support restructuring payments. One October 2024 reviewer reported problems with fees, creditor payments and continued support after payment difficulties. These are customer accounts, not independently established findings or a representative survey of all clients.

National Credit Partners complaints

BBB displayed 3 complaints in the preceding three years and 1 closed in the preceding twelve months when checked. Its status filters showed two resolved and one answered. An answered complaint does not necessarily mean the customer was satisfied.

A September 2025 complaint disputed payment handling and cancellation charges. NCP responded that enrollment disclosures were provided and a refund was issued under its agreement, less onboarding and ACH costs. The parties’ accounts differ; this profile does not adjudicate the dispute.

Practical question: Before enrolling, ask NCP to document the first payment date, who receives each payment, and the cancellation deadline and deductions.

Google and Trustpilot: matching the right business

No independently confirmed Google aggregate score is assigned here. A same-name Trustpilot listing identifies a .org domain and Santa Ana contact details, while this profile covers the .com website and Costa Mesa business. Its relationship to the current business was not established, so we do not transfer its score to this page. That uncertainty does not establish that the businesses are unrelated.

NCP also displays a 2025 BusinessRate Top 3 Financial Consultant recognition for Costa Mesa on its website. This is a company-displayed distinction; the original award methodology was not verified.

National Credit Partners fees, process and eligibility

A free consultation is not a free restructuring program. The public pages reviewed did not provide a complete fee schedule or a universal fee percentage. NCP’s homepage directs visitors to a consultation for pricing. This profile therefore does not quote a standard program cost or assert that there are no upfront fees. See NCP’s fee FAQ. The questions below are an evaluation guide, not its contract terms.

Clarify the proposed process

  1. Identify every creditor and agreement covered.
  2. Ask who contacts creditors and how progress is reported.
  3. Request the proposed payment schedule and estimated timeline.
  4. Ask what happens if a creditor rejects an offer or starts legal action.

Request all costs in writing

  • Total fees and how they are calculated.
  • When fees become due and how payments are applied.
  • Any separate legal, account, or administrative costs.
  • Cancellation terms and any refund conditions.
  • Minimum debt, business eligibility, and state availability.

What to consider about NCP’s approach

MCA Shield analysis of the company’s published approach; not an assessment of an individual contract or verified client results.

Modified payments versus a reduced payoff

NCP positions structured reconciliation around revised repayment terms and creditor recovery. For an owner, the central comparison is whether the proposed payment fits operating cash flow and what the entire arrangement costs.

A smaller weekly payment does not by itself demonstrate a lower total cost. Request a schedule showing creditor payments, service fees and the final repayment date.

A combined plan still needs individual agreements

NCP describes coordinating obligations into a repayment plan. Ask for the status of each creditor separately: proposed, accepted or still disputed. A single program deposit does not show that every funder has agreed.

Confirm: Who receives the money, when are creditors paid, and what happens to the plan if one funder refuses?

Which needs make this approach worth discussing?

An owner seeking time to repay existing balances may want to explore this model. Someone seeking a discounted payoff should ask directly whether the proposed engagement includes that objective. Neither a company label nor a payment illustration substitutes for the written terms.

Clarify the attorney’s role

Ask whether any legal work is included, who would represent the business, and whether that requires a separate agreement. An advertised attorney network does not tell you the scope or price of representation for your file.

Questions about National Credit Partners

Is National Credit Partners BBB accredited?

Yes. The matched BBB record showed accreditation and an A+ letter grade on September 16, 2026. These are separate from its customer star score. Follow the BBB record for current status.

Where can I read National Credit Partners reviews?

The review section above links to BBB customer reviews and complaints, summarizes the available feedback and explains why a same-name Trustpilot score is not assigned here. Check dates, business identity and company responses when comparing sources.

Is National Credit Partners a law firm?

No. Its website says it works with an attorney network and does not provide legal advice. Ask which licensed attorney, if any, would represent you and how legal services would be billed.

Does NCP handle stacked merchant cash advances?

Its structured reconciliation page identifies multiple simultaneous MCAs as a common situation it handles. Eligibility and creditor participation should be confirmed for your agreements.

Is structured reconciliation the same as debt settlement?

NCP distinguishes its program from debt settlement, describing a process that negotiates modified terms and aims to repay obligations in full. Ask for the proposed terms and creditor approvals in writing.

Can I find out the cost before enrolling?

Ask for a complete written fee schedule and engagement agreement before signing. This profile does not provide a verified fee quote. Confirm eligibility and state availability directly.

How should I compare a proposal with other companies?

Compare the same debt balances and assumptions, including fees, timing, proposed payments, communication, and the plan for creditors who decline to participate. Ask each provider to distinguish an estimate from an agreed creditor offer.

Does this profile guarantee results or recommend enrollment?

No. This is a company information page, not a guarantee, individualized financial advice, or a recommendation to enter a specific program.

How this profile was researched

MCA Shield compared NCP’s public service descriptions with the BBB record, customer feedback and complaint responses linked on this page. Website, phone and location details were used to match the business. Company claims, customer accounts and our practical analysis are identified separately.

This research does not include enrollment in NCP’s program, access to private client files or an audit of its outcomes. Fees and eligibility require a current written proposal. Ratings are dated snapshots, not a live feed; checking a source does not independently prove every claim it contains.
