Where Your MCA Debt Relief Leads Can Come From

The proposed membership combines several sources of opportunity. Exchange leads, fresh merchant referrals and ISO introductions use different distribution rules.

Planned lead sources and member access
SourceHow you receive inquiriesWhat to know
Member-submitted exchange leadsUse credits earned from accepted original submissions.Original inquiries may be up to 30 days old. Review prior contact and sharing history.
Fresh MCA Shield inquiriesSeparate round-robin distribution of website and phone referrals, subject to fit.No exchange credit is spent. Equal turns do not guarantee equal results or a minimum volume.
Company profile inquiriesA dedicated profile inquiry form routes the inquiry directly to the featured company. These inquiries sit outside the shared referral rotation.
ISO partner inquiriesA separate rotation through the optional ISO upgrade. These are potential referral-partner introductions, not merchant debt relief inquiries.

An exchange claim reserves that listing for one member at a time; it does not establish that the prospect has never spoken with another provider. All records in this public demo are fictional.

01 / Contribute an opportunity

Submit an MCA relief lead that needs a different fit

A merchant below your debt minimum may fit another provider. The same is true of industry restrictions, funder mix or a service your company does not offer. The proposed exchange makes those differences visible before a member claims an inquiry.

Submission guidelines: Original inquiry no more than 30 days old; an unresolved need; usable contact details; appropriate permission for sharing and contact; and a documented reason for referral. Each accepted original submission earns one exchange credit. Every member uses the same one-credit-per-lead rules, with fair-access claim rounds to prevent any one member from taking all available leads.

Use the sample choices below. This demo has no fields for names, contact details, bank statements or document uploads. Nothing is sent or saved when you submit.

Preview MCA debt relief leads by provider fit

Filter fictional inquiries, inspect the details and try claiming one. A single demo credit illustrates the claim process; it is not a promised membership credit. Each accepted sample submission adds one credit. Claims are limited to one per simulated round.

03 / The membership proposition

More value from the inquiries your team already receives

The proposed membership combines an exchange with relevant exposure and a clearer referral process. Each benefit serves a different purpose.

01 / EXCHANGE

Recover value from a mismatch

Turn an eligible inquiry outside your criteria into a credit toward a better-fitting opportunity. Review the submission and claiming rules.

02 / FIT

See qualifications before claiming

Evaluate debt size, industry, funder count, payment pressure and document readiness instead of relying on a generic “MCA lead” label.

03 / REFERRALS

Receive an equal turn in fresh referrals

Receive fresh website and phone inquiries through a separate member rotation. See how turns, fit and replacements work.

04 / VISIBILITY

Share equal directory exposure

Give prospects another way to discover and evaluate your firm through the rotating directory and your own profile. Explore directory and profile benefits.

05 / EXPERTISE

Contribute practical insight

Participate in interview, educational article and case study opportunities, with attribution and relevant links. Publication is subject to editorial review; paid features are disclosed.

06 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Understand your activity

Planned reporting covers submissions, review decisions, claims and credit movements, supported by a process for reporting inaccurate or ineligible records.

The bigger picture / Our growth vision

A growing network. More ways for the right clients to find you.

Over the next 6–12 months, we’re focused on making MCA Shield a leading resource for MCA debt relief and a broader range of business debt and financing needs—including corporate tax relief, invoice factoring, equipment financing and SBA loans.

We’re building connected guides, company profiles and comparison hubs around the questions business owners are actively searching for. Our goal is to turn that growing visibility into more opportunities for members, including referrals between service categories when a business needs a different kind of help.

For an MCA relief provider, that could mean being discovered by a business owner who started by researching financing but needs help managing existing advances. It could also create a path for inquiries your team cannot serve to reach a provider in another category.

The long-term value: a company profile within an expanding resource network, more routes for relevant prospects to discover your services and relationships with providers serving complementary needs.

This is our development direction, not a promise of rankings, lead volume or additional category access. Cross-category referral features and their terms will be confirmed before they are offered.

Discuss Your Place in the Network

Equal access. One accepted submission, one credit.

  1. Submit: Provide the inquiry’s original date, fit details, sharing history and permission evidence.
  2. Review: Eligible records are accepted and become available. Incomplete records return for clarification; rejected records earn no credit.
  3. Earn: Receive one exchange credit when your original submission is accepted. You do not have to wait for another member to claim it.
  4. Claim: Use one credit to select an available lead. Every member follows the same rules, with no paid priority. Fair-access rounds limit members to one claim per round so one member cannot sweep the available inventory.
  5. Follow through: Contact the prospect within the permitted scope and keep the record’s status accurate.

Equal opportunity, earned access

All members get the same opportunity to choose. Your accepted contributions determine your credits; credits do not grant unlimited claims in a single round. Claim windows and participation rules will be defined in the membership agreement.

Unclaimed and resubmitted leads

Unclaimed records age out after the original 30-day window. A resubmission keeps its original date and complete distribution history. It must still qualify and sharing must remain permitted.

Reposting the same lead does not automatically earn another credit. Reviews and credit adjustments prevent duplicate submissions from being used to build up credits.

Exchange credits and round-robin replacement credits are separate. Starter credits, expiry and dispute rules will be specified in the final agreement.

Member benefit / Fresh inquiries

Equal round-robin distribution of MCA Shield referrals

All participating members receive equal turns in the referral rotation. Fresh inquiries from MCA Shield’s website and direct phone calls enter the same round robin. The prospect is told which member company will contact them before the introduction is made.

A referral does not fit?

Submit it to the exchange with the reason, accurate qualification details and appropriate sharing permission. If it meets the exchange standards and is accepted, you earn one exchange credit to claim an available lead that better fits your criteria.

A demonstrably bad lead?

Bad leads happen from time to time. Report the issue with supporting evidence. If the review confirms the referral was invalid, you receive a round-robin replacement credit that moves you ahead for the next live referral. Multiple approved replacements are handled in approval order.

A poor fit, an unanswered call or a prospect who does not enroll is not automatically an invalid lead.

Equal turns, transparent exceptions

Routine referrals follow equal member rotation. An approved replacement is a documented exception to that order, not paid priority. Equal distribution means equal turns over time; it does not promise equal conversion rates or a minimum lead volume.

Member benefit / Company visibility

Rotating directory placement and your own company profile

All members will automatically be included in the MCA debt relief companies directory. Member order rotates so each participating company receives equal turns in the top position, rather than one company holding it permanently.

Visitors can explore your services, open your expanded profile and contact your company directly. Those direct inquiries are an additional source of opportunity alongside the exchange and fresh round-robin referrals.

Equal top-position exposure means equal allocated rotation turns, not a guarantee of identical visitor numbers, clicks or inquiries. Directory positioning is a membership benefit and will be disclosed; it is not an editorial ranking of quality.

Help make your profile accurate and useful

Members can suggest clearer descriptions, updated minimums, accepted industries, service capabilities, credentials and links to supporting evidence. MCA Shield reviews changes for accuracy and verifiability before publication.

Membership does not buy a favorable rating, unsupported result claim or removal of relevant factual information.

MCA relief, restructuring and consolidation leads: match the actual need

Merchants use different search terms for the same cash-flow problem. A useful provider referral captures what the business needs rather than assuming its first search phrase identifies the right solution.

MCA debt relief leads

Businesses seeking help with existing advance payments may need an assessment before a particular service can be identified. Capture current obligations, operating status, revenue and urgency.

MCA restructuring leads

These inquiries concern changes to existing payment arrangements. Relevant matching details include funder mix, payment frequency, reduced-payment agreements and the provider’s workout capabilities.

Understand MCA restructuring

MCA debt settlement leads

A request for a lower payoff calls for different qualification than a request for lower periodic payments. Providers should assess settlement funding, creditor participation and remaining obligations.

Explore MCA settlement considerations

MCA consolidation leads

Some merchants mean new financing to pay off advances; others simply want a manageable payment. Record which outcome they seek. An inquiry is not evidence that a business qualifies for refinancing.

Compare MCA consolidation options
Seeking funding leads? This preview focuses on businesses with existing MCA obligations seeking relief or related options. It does not represent an inventory of new-advance applicants.

What Qualifies an MCA Debt Relief Lead for the Exchange?

Information to review before claiming

Evaluate the reported remaining MCA balance, funder count and available funder details, industry, state, revenue, payment pressure, operating status and legal concerns. Check the original inquiry date, last contact, prior distribution, document readiness and sharing permission. These details help you compare a merchant’s situation with your own intake criteria; they are not an underwriting approval.

Eligibility checks

  • Original inquiry received within 30 days.
  • An operating business with a current, unresolved service need.
  • Usable contact information and appropriate sharing and contact permission.
  • Accurate qualification details and the reason for submitting.
  • Redacted evidence of inquiry date and relevant prior distribution.

Reasons a record would not qualify

  • Fake, misleading, duplicate or stale records.
  • Opt-outs or inadequate permission for the proposed referral.
  • Unusable contact information.
  • A resolved need or existing enrollment for the same need.
  • A closed business outside the program’s current scope.
  • Missing verification that remains unresolved after clarification.

A low balance, trucking industry, default or lawsuit is not automatically a universal rejection. These are provider-fit factors. Missing funder agreements also need not exclude a prospect; document requirements depend on the receiving provider and authorized follow-up.

Quality reviews and credit accountability

Acceptance is not the end of the quality check. A receiving member can report an inaccurate or ineligible lead with supporting evidence. MCA Shield reviews the submission record, permission evidence and the reported issue before making a decision.

If the lead is proven to violate exchange standards, the credit earned by the submitting member can be rescinded and the credit spent by the receiving member restored. Any previously spent submission credit is recorded as an adjustment against the submitter’s balance under the membership rules.

A different fit or an unsuccessful sales outcome alone does not qualify for a credit reversal. Repeated abuse or knowingly false complaints may result in suspension or removal.

Required referral disclosure on member lead forms

Members will be required to place a clear referral disclosure on their website lead forms explaining that, if they cannot help the prospect, information may be shared with MCA Shield to help connect the prospect with a better-fitting company.

The disclosure must identify MCA Shield, explain what information may be shared and why, and be presented at the point of submission. Members must obtain and retain the appropriate permission before contributing the inquiry to the exchange, with a record of the disclosure shown and the prospect’s response.

The form language, privacy notice and permission process must match the actual referral and contact practices. A referral disclosure alone is not blanket permission for every company or contact method; have the final implementation reviewed for applicable requirements.

Planned enforcement includes evidence-based complaint review, credit adjustments where justified and removal for repeated abuse or knowingly false complaints. A claim would remove that listing from available inventory, but would not prove the prospect has never spoken with another company.

Your First Month & Monthly Payment Schedule

Your initial $850 payment covers onboarding and the first month of membership beginning on the actual launch date. The next payment is $750, due on the same numerical day of the following month, with $750 due on that calendar day each month thereafter.

If a due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. banking holiday, payment is due on the next banking day. That adjustment does not change the recurring calendar date for later months.

For an October 7, 2026 launch: the next payment is due Monday, November 9, 2026, because November 7 is a Saturday. The recurring date remains the 7th, so the following payment is due December 7.

Annual membership: $6,000 paid upfront for 12 months—equivalent to $500 per month, with no additional first-month fee.

If launch is delayed, your first membership month and recurring billing date move to the actual launch date. The schedule follows calendar months, rather than fixed 30-day intervals.

Review the written cancellation, refund, starter-credit and launch-delay terms before confirming membership.

ACH bank transfer payments

After approval and acceptance of the membership terms, an individual invoice can be issued for payment by ACH bank transfer. Membership or a reservation is confirmed after payment receipt is verified.

Discuss your intake criteria

Bring your minimum debt amount, accepted industries, service area, funder restrictions and relevant capabilities. Those details help you assess exchange leads and explain when a round-robin referral may be better suited to another member.

Optional premium upgrade · Limited to 3 members

MCA ISO Partner Lead Upgrade

+$250 / month

Add ISO partner introductions to your exchange membership. One productive ISO relationship can create opportunities for repeat merchant referrals.

Search visibility that brings partners to us: Based on MCA Shield’s own search checks, our ISO program has appeared at No. 1 on Google and Bing for searches including “MCA debt relief ISO” and “MCA relief ISO.”

Rankings vary by date, location and user. MCA Shield reports about one ISO inquiry per week across the entire program—not per upgraded member. Inquiry volume and productive partnerships are not guaranteed.

Ask About the ISO Upgrade

A separate rotation for partner opportunities

  • Three upgrade spaces: ISO inquiries rotate equally among participating upgrade members, separately from merchant referrals.
  • Screened introductions: Check for an active ISO or broker business, interest in a relief partnership and permission for the introduction.
  • One receiving member per introduction: The same inquiry is not sent to all three members.
  • Quality accountability: Proven invalid or duplicate introductions qualify for a replacement turn after review.
  • Monthly reporting: Track introductions and reported onboarding outcomes.

Partner compensation, eligibility and referral terms are confirmed before the introduction so the receiving company’s offer matches the ISO’s expectations.

The upgrade is $250 per month in addition to base membership. It provides introductions, not guaranteed active partners, merchant referrals or revenue.

Questions about MCA debt relief lead sharing

How many MCA debt relief leads can my company expect?

Exchange access depends on your accepted submissions, available inventory and suitable matches. Fresh referrals depend on incoming website and phone inquiries and the member rotation. Profile inquiries depend on visitors choosing your company. The platform is prelaunch, so there is no established delivery average or guaranteed monthly allocation.

Can I filter leads by balance, industry, state and funder mix?

This demo filters by service and balance range; individual sample cards show industry, state and funder count. The production workflow is intended to help members assess their own intake criteria, including funder restrictions. Confirm the final filters and available funder details during your walkthrough; this demo does not include every planned matching feature.

How are MCA relief leads delivered after a claim?

A live claim is intended to give the receiving member access to the permitted contact and qualification details. The production delivery method and notification process are still being finalized and should be confirmed before enrollment. This demo releases no real contact details and does not demonstrate a live CRM integration.

What happens if no suitable leads are available?

You are not required to claim an unsuitable inquiry. You can review future availability, but earning a credit does not guarantee a matching lead or a delivery date. Credit expiration, cancellation and any refund terms will be defined in the written membership agreement.

How will MCA Shield verify inquiries before accepting them?

The planned review checks inquiry age, duplicate and distribution history, usable contact details, permission evidence and the reason for referral against the submission standards. Financial figures and document availability are member-reported unless separately checked; acceptance is not independent verification of every statement. Incomplete records return for clarification. The public demo only simulates approval.

Are these live MCA relief leads?

No. Every record shown here is fictional. This is a prelaunch presentation of the proposed membership and exchange workflow, not live inventory.

Am I buying a guaranteed number of leads?

No. Membership provides access under the agreed exchange and referral rules, not a fixed lead count or guaranteed clients. Quality standards and complaint reviews govern invalid exchange leads; fresh referrals have a separate replacement process.

When do I earn a credit?

One exchange credit is earned when your original submission is reviewed and accepted. Uploading alone does not earn a credit; acceptance does. The demo lets you simulate approval and use the earned credit. Duplicate reposts do not automatically generate more credits.

Are claimed leads exclusive?

The intended platform would allow only one active claim of a listing at a time. That is different from guaranteeing the prospect has never been contacted or shared elsewhere. Distribution history and permission scope must accompany the record.

Can I submit MCA consolidation or refinancing inquiries?

Yes, those are included in this proposed workflow when they concern existing MCA obligations. Identify whether the merchant seeks new financing, payment restructuring or a general relief assessment; do not label a lead as financing-approved without evidence.

Do MCA Shield website leads use the same credit system?

No. Fresh website and direct-phone referrals are a separate membership benefit distributed in equal round-robin turns, without spending an exchange credit. An out-of-criteria referral may be submitted to the exchange for acceptance and a credit. A proven invalid referral earns a separate round-robin replacement credit, advancing the member for the next live referral.

Does membership purchase a recommendation or backlink?

Membership includes rotating directory placement and a company profile, with equal allocated turns at the top. It does not purchase a favorable editorial rating or promised search benefit. Profile changes and expert contributions must be accurate, verifiable and reviewed. Paid placement and commercial relationships will be disclosed.

How is prospect information handled in this demo?

No actual prospect information is requested, transmitted or stored by the demo. A production exchange will require member authentication, access controls, permission records and secure data handling before any real lead is shared.

Experience behind the exchange concept

Shane Fitzgibbon has worked in debt relief since 2012 and MCA debt relief since 2018. His background includes marketing, merchant intake, document collection for underwriting review and helping clients submit applications. Since 2022, he has also helped onboard MCA ISO partners.

That experience informs the exchange’s focus on differences between provider criteria, clear handoffs and the information an intake team needs to assess a potential fit.

Before launch / Privacy and accountability

Our Plan for Responsible Lead Sharing and Privacy

A useful exchange depends on more than lead quality. Business owners should understand where their information is going, and members should understand their responsibilities when receiving it.

Before accepting live submissions, MCA Shield plans to have qualified counsel review the exchange’s referral practices, membership terms, privacy disclosures and applicable state requirements, including California’s.

Clear disclosure and documented permission

Members will be required to explain on their lead forms that, if they cannot assist a prospect, information may be shared with MCA Shield to help identify a better-fitting provider. Appropriate permission must be documented before submission. Adding new wording does not retroactively authorize sharing older inquiries.

Controlled access to prospect information

The planned platform will limit identifying information to authorized users who need it for the referral. Safeguards will include member authentication, access records, limited data collection, secure handling and defined retention periods. Members may not freely redistribute information outside the approved process.

Respect for privacy and contact preferences

The exchange will establish procedures for applicable access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests, along with withdrawal of contact permission. Members will be required to honor those preferences and follow the rules applicable to their calls, texts and emails. Referral permission will not be treated as blanket authorization for every contact method.

California and other state requirements

The prelaunch review will assess which privacy, data-sale, data-broker registration and deletion requirements apply to MCA Shield and participating members. Required registrations, notices and operational safeguards must be addressed before affected leads are accepted. Participation or referral availability may be restricted where requirements have not been met.

Member accountability

Members will agree to submission, permitted-use and privacy standards. Documented violations may result in removal of a lead, reversal of earned credits, restoration of a recipient’s credit, suspension or termination.

These are planned safeguards for the live exchange. This public demo contains fictional records and is not a certification of legal compliance.
