Invoice Factoring Leads for Factoring Companies and Brokers

Find invoice factoring leads and accounts receivable financing inquiries that fit your invoice-volume range, customer requirements and industry specialties.

Not every cash-flow conversation ends with invoices you can factor.

The invoice volume is below your minimum. The customer mix falls outside your criteria. Or the business needs funding before it can fulfill an order, equipment financing or help with existing debt. You’ve uncovered a real need, but it may belong with another kind of provider entirely.

You don’t have to limit that opportunity to finding a referral partner, waiting for funding and tracking a commission. Submit an eligible inquiry in any of our 12 categories with the prospect’s permission. Once another member claims it, you earn a credit toward an available standard factoring lead that suits your business. Active Platinum members use one earned credit with no cash claim fee; non-Platinum members use one earned credit plus $40 per standard claim.

Refer the need you can’t serve. Choose a receivables opportunity your team can evaluate directly. Cross-category handoffs must fit approved provider roles and the prospect’s permission.

Sample Invoice Factoring Leads: Staffing, Trucking & Wholesale

Compare factoring and accounts receivable financing inquiries by industry, reported amount, payment terms and available records. These samples show the details a factor or broker can review before claiming a potential fit.

Fictional demonstration records, not live prospects or verified receivables. Listed amounts are not approved funding, and the provider must clarify whether the business seeks invoice factoring or another receivables-based product. Select an image to view it full size. Any $40 standard claim price in the sample artwork is the non-Platinum cash fee; use the membership pricing beneath each sample for both options.

Staffing invoice factoring

Sample invoice factoring lead for a New York staffing agency listing $175,000 and B2B invoices with 45-day payment terms.
New York staffing agency

A fictional inquiry with 45-day commercial payment terms. Customer concentration needs review alongside the reported amount and invoice documentation.

Standard claim with Platinum: 1 earned credit + $0 cash fee.
Without Platinum: 1 earned credit + $40. Eligible bulk purchases are separately priced.

Trucking receivables financing

Sample accounts receivable financing lead for a Tennessee trucking business listing $85,000 and commercial invoices.
Tennessee trucking business

A fictional $85,000 inquiry with commercial invoice documents reported available. A provider would confirm invoice eligibility and the requested financing structure.

Standard claim with Platinum: 1 earned credit + $0 cash fee.
Without Platinum: 1 earned credit + $40. Eligible bulk purchases are separately priced.

Wholesale invoice funding

Sample accounts receivable financing lead for a New Jersey wholesaler listing $450,000 and open invoices for funding assessment.
New Jersey wholesaler

A fictional $450,000 inquiry seeking an assessment of open receivables. Invoice aging, customer payment risk and any existing assignments still need review.

Standard claim with Platinum: 1 earned credit + $0 cash fee.
Without Platinum: 1 earned credit + $40. Eligible bulk purchases are separately priced.

Invoice Factoring Leads and Accounts Receivable Financing Inquiries

An invoice factoring lead is a business inquiry about turning outstanding customer invoices into working capital. Useful records identify who owes the invoices, how much is outstanding and whether the work or delivery is complete—not just that a business “needs funding.”

This page is for factoring companies and brokers seeking prospective clients. Use the business debt and financing lead exchange to explore the submission and claiming demo.

B2B invoice factoring leads

Businesses billing other businesses on payment terms may seek funding while waiting for customers to pay. Capture eligible invoice volume, customer types and payment timing so a factor can assess the opportunity.

Accounts receivable financing leads

Some prospects want funding secured by receivables rather than a sale of invoices. Clarify the intended structure; factoring and receivables-backed loans should not be presented as identical products.

Spot factoring and ongoing facilities

A business seeking to fund one invoice has a different need from a company seeking an ongoing relationship. Record both the immediate request and expected monthly invoice volume, without promising either product is available.

Factoring broker referrals

An eligible broker or provider can refer a business outside its own offering. Identify the prospect’s actual need, permission and previous introductions; exchange membership does not establish a separate commission agreement.

A factoring inquiry is not a loan approval. The receiving provider evaluates the business, receivables and customer payment risk. Factoring generally involves purchasing receivables; other accounts receivable financing can involve lending against them.

Trade Out-of-Criteria Inquiries for Better-Fitting Factoring Leads

A staffing agency may have sound commercial invoices but fall below your monthly volume minimum. A distributor may fit your volume requirements but operate in an industry you do not accept. With appropriate permission, those inquiries can become opportunities for another member.

  1. 01 / REFER

    Submit the mismatch

For example, a staffing firm reports $40,000 in monthly invoices while your minimum is $100,000. Explain the mismatch and provide the required inquiry and permission details.

  2. 02 / EARN

    Earn when another member claims

Review and acceptance alone do not earn a credit. Your eligible referral earns one credit when another member claims it.

  3. 03 / CHOOSE

    Choose with your earned credit

Use one earned credit to claim an available standard inquiry that meets your factoring criteria. Active Platinum members pay no cash claim fee; non-Platinum members add $40.

Illustrative amounts and provider criteria, not actual inventory or guaranteed matches. Credits do not guarantee equal lead value or a direct swap with the same company.

Help grow the referral network

Know a company that could be a good fit?

An inquiry outside one company’s criteria may be exactly what another company can handle. More active providers, lenders and brokers with different specialties, service areas and deal sizes create more opportunities for useful matches for everyone.

Invite companies in: MCA debt relief, business loans and credit lines, invoice factoring, equipment financing, purchase order financing, asset-based lending, commercial real estate financing, business tax relief, business credit building.

Where Invoice Factoring Leads Enter the Network

Referrals from members

Business finance providers may identify companies with commercial receivables outside their own services or factoring criteria. Review invoice volume, customer types and why the inquiry was referred.

Eligible lead bundles

Eligible unclaimed lead bundles provide additional purchase options when available. Review the displayed terms, current funding need and inquiry age alongside invoice details; an old invoice and an old inquiry are different facts.

Each exchange claim is assigned to one receiving member. Prior outside sharing must be disclosed, and suitable opportunities are subject to inventory.

Industries That May Fit Invoice Factoring Referrals

Industry acceptance differs by factor. These examples describe potential referral types, not guaranteed inventory or automatic eligibility.

Staffing and recruitment

Agencies may pay workers before business customers settle invoices. Record invoice verification, customer concentration and the payroll funding need.

Transportation and freight

Carriers may seek funding against completed loads. Customer or broker payment history, delivery documentation and any existing factoring agreement need review.

Manufacturing and wholesale

Manufacturers and distributors may invoice commercial buyers on terms. Returns, allowances, delivery acceptance and customer disputes can affect receivables.

Commercial services

B2B service businesses may have invoices for completed work. Progress billing, retainage or disputed performance can require specialized review rather than routine factoring.

If the business needs funding before fulfilling a purchase order, review the purchase order financing category. For a broader collateral-based facility, see asset-based lending leads.

Optional annual Platinum membership

A fixed directory position. More ways to connect.

Promote your company with annual directory placement, a dedicated profile, professional articles, direct inquiry opportunities and quarterly reporting. The MCA directory offers ten priced tiers. Other categories have separately confirmed inventory, publication schedules and routing scope.

Fixed annual placement

Your purchased directory priority stays fixed for the agreed term. Your first term ends November 30, 2027, with prelaunch time included if you join before opening. Higher-priced tiers appear above lower-priced tiers, with no daily listing rotation.

Help shape your profile’s layout, section arrangement and conversion links. Present your services and credentials, with relevant links to your website, contact page or quote form.

2–11 articles each year

Receive one professionally written company-specific article annually for each $1,000 of your placement price, published on MCA Shield on an agreed schedule.

Industry-specific visibility work

Category content, company profiles, supporting articles and internal links help visitors discover and evaluate your company on MCA Shield.

Credit-only standard claims

Active Platinum includes approved exchange access. Claim an available standard exchange lead for one earned credit + $0 cash fee once the exchange opens.

Quarterly performance reports

See your company’s traffic, visitor pathways, website clicks and recorded opportunities, with quarter-to-quarter comparisons and the next priorities.

Two inquiry round-robins for the top three paid MCA tiers

Only the $9,000, $10,000 and $11,000 paid MCA tiers share eligible direct merchant inquiries from MCA Shield’s quote form and a separate round-robin of MCA debt relief ISO/partner inquiries.

A lower-priced tier does not qualify for either rotation, even while temporarily appearing in the first three listings. Directory position and lead eligibility are separate.

Routing depends on active status, service fit, geography, availability and documented permission. Inquiries directed specifically to your company and standard exchange claims remain separate. Other categories require their own agreed routing scope; these MCA benefits do not automatically apply to them.

*Only the three identified paid MCA tiers qualify, subject to fit, permission and active participation. Purchasing a tier in one category does not include placements or routing benefits in other categories.

While higher tiers are vacant, your listing may appear higher among active members. When those tiers fill, listings follow the purchased order. Your purchased priority remains fixed for the agreed term through November 30, 2027; continued placement requires renewal. Holders receive the first opportunity to renew their tier before it is offered to another company, subject to the agreement’s deadlines and terms.

What your quarterly report includes
  1. Inquiries and leads received: direct profile inquiries, exchange claims and eligible round-robin introductions, separated by source.
  2. Profile and article traffic: views, unique visitors and the company content attracting the most interest.
  3. Website and contact-option clicks: activity on website, phone, email and inquiry links, with completed inquiries counted separately.
  4. Traffic sources and search visibility: available referral sources, search queries, impressions and clicks for your company content.
  5. Visitor pathways and drop-off points: how visitors move from guides and directories to your profile, website or inquiry, and where they leave.

Reports use available tracking, compare quarters as history becomes available, and explain the next priorities. Reporting does not give members access to unrelated visitors’ identities or financial details; identifiable inquiries are shared only through permitted delivery routes. Activity or sales after a visitor reaches your own website require your tracking or shared results.

Exchange claims, start dates and membership details

Earn a credit when your referral is claimed. Submit an eligible inquiry with the prospect’s permission. When another member claims your accepted referral, you earn one credit. Submission alone does not earn a credit.

Standard claims: active Platinum members use one earned credit with no cash claim fee. Non-Platinum members use one earned credit plus $40. Claims require exchange approval and available inventory; no starting credits are included.

Direct inquiries and bulk inventory: the two MCA round-robins are included only with the qualifying paid MCA tiers. Direct merchant inquiries from MCA Shield’s quote form are not individually sold to free members or lower-tier Platinum members. Standard exchange claims and separately priced bulk purchases remain distinct.

Timing: Platinum is available now. The first term ends November 30, 2027; joining before launch includes the prelaunch period. Publication, article scheduling, reporting and applicable routing start dates are confirmed in the agreement. Standard exchange claims begin at opening, scheduled by November 30, 2026, subject to completing safeguards and compliance review. The agreement addresses any launch changes.

Prefer the exchange only? Lead Exchange membership is free for a limited time. Platinum is optional. Standard claim fees and other purchase terms still apply.

Scope: visibility work supports your presence on MCA Shield. It does not include a separate SEO retainer for your own website. Paid placement does not change editorial ratings or buy an endorsement. Any promotional partnership requires separately agreed terms and does not automatically include either paid MCA inquiry round-robin.

If your company does not purchase Platinum

Participation is optional. An unpaid MCA company can remain a small text link toward the bottom of the directory, outside the ten expanded paid placements. An unreserved tier may be offered to another MCA debt relief company.

Its profile’s quote buttons may route to a clearly labeled MCA Shield quote form rather than its own website. The form explains the referral route before submission; a general MCA Shield inquiry may reach a different participating provider. A form expressly identified for a named company remains intended for that company.

Additional annual supporting pages, member-directed layout input and quarterly reporting are not included. Factual corrections remain available regardless of payment. Companies may still apply for the limited-time free Lead Exchange membership.

Reservations, payments, renewal and upgrades

Temporary MCA tier holds: use the reservation page to select an available tier. Only a successful reservation confirmation creates a hold. Save your private management link and complete the agreement and payment requirements before the displayed expiration. A hold does not collect payment or confirm enrollment.

Non-refundable Platinum payments: payments for Platinum membership and directory placement are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. No full or prorated refunds are provided for voluntary cancellation, unused time or unused benefits. Confirm your category, tier, included services and start dates before paying. This policy does not excuse failure to perform contracted obligations or override rights under applicable law.

Renewal: holders receive the first opportunity to renew their tier under the annual agreement. Renewal pricing, deadlines and payment requirements are disclosed before acceptance. This is not lifetime placement or automatic renewal authorization.

Upgrades: a higher tier must be available. Any additional charge, effective date, content allowance and routing eligibility require written confirmation; no automatic proration or price-difference formula is promised.

Review the Terms of Service and your annual agreement before enrollment. The Privacy Policy explains reservations, information handling and permitted referrals.

For an MCA tier, check the reservation page for current availability and temporary-hold conditions. For another category, send an inquiry to discuss fit and availability. An inquiry does not reserve a tier, collect payment or commit you to a purchase. Paid enrollment follows the agreement and payment process.

View search screenshots and visibility goals →

Paid directory priority reflects the purchased tier, not an independent quality ranking or endorsement. Membership does not guarantee exchange approval, rankings, traffic, available leads, equal inquiry quality, signed partnerships or sales. Placement and benefits apply during the agreed active term. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law; review the payment details above before enrollment. Lead sharing remains subject to the relevant form disclosures and permission, not membership alone.

When a Receivables Inquiry Belongs in Another Category

A business awaiting an unfulfilled order may need PO financing; one seeking a broader collateral facility may fit asset-based lending. Use the actual transaction and funding need to guide the referral:

Claims across categories must fit your approved services or referral role and the prospect’s permission. The network excludes new MCA funding, consumer debt relief and personal credit repair.

What Makes an Invoice Factoring Lead Worth Reviewing?

A useful factoring lead contains enough information to assess fit before a provider invests in underwriting. “Qualified” should mean a stated screening process—not a promise that invoices are financeable or that customers will pay.

Detail to reviewWhat it tells the provider
Invoice volume and funding needSeparate outstanding receivables, expected monthly invoices and the immediate cash request.
Customer type and concentrationIdentify B2B or government customers and concentration in major accounts without exposing customer identities publicly.
Invoice age and payment termsRecord aging bands, due dates and whether invoices are overdue. An old invoice and an old inquiry are different facts.
Completed work and disputesFlag incomplete delivery, retainage, offsets, returns or disputed invoices for provider review.
Current factor and liensDisclose existing factoring facilities, reported receivables assignments and liens. The receiving provider determines any consent, payoff or priority requirements.
Documentation and verificationNote availability of an aging report, sample invoices and proof of delivery or service. Share sensitive documents only through an authorized secure process.
Inquiry age and permissionRecord the original inquiry date, contact accuracy, unresolved need, sharing history and permission evidence.

Not a match is different from invalid

An industry restriction, smaller invoice volume or a need for a specialist may justify a referral. It does not prove the business can obtain factoring elsewhere. Disputed or ineligible invoices must not be concealed.

Exchange eligibility standards

Invalid phone numbers, fabricated records, duplicates, missing required permission, opt-outs, resolved needs and original inquiries more than 30 days old do not meet the intended standards. Consumer requests and new MCA funding are excluded.

For a qualifying undisclosed defect: submit a dispute within 30 days of the original CRM inquiry date. After verification, one Super Credit covers a standard replacement without the $40 fee. A poor fit or unfunded invoice is not, by itself, a qualifying defect. Review the full replacement rules →

For businesses with international receivables, the International Trade Administration’s Trade Finance Guide includes an export factoring overview. Export transactions may need specialist review; the guide does not endorse MCA Shield or any provider.

Invoice Factoring Lead Exchange FAQs

Are standard lead claims free with Platinum?

Active Platinum members pay no cash fee on standard exchange claims, but each claim requires one earned credit. You earn a credit when another member claims your accepted referral—not just when you submit it. Without Platinum, each standard claim costs one earned credit plus $40. Eligible bulk purchases are separately priced. Exchange approval and opening are required; inventory and results are not guaranteed.

Where can factoring companies find invoice factoring leads?

The MCA Shield exchange is being built to combine eligible member referrals and unclaimed lead bundles. Review the main exchange demo and select Invoice Factoring & Accounts Receivable Financing. Sample records are fictional, not live inventory.

What is the difference between invoice factoring and invoice financing leads?

Factoring generally involves selling receivables to a factor. Invoice financing can describe a broader set of products, including loans secured by receivables. Record the requested structure so the receiving provider can assess the right product.

Are these qualified factoring leads?

Exchange acceptance means a record meets the stated submission standards. It does not mean the business or invoices have passed a factor’s underwriting. Record what was verified and what was reported; the receiving provider conducts its own assessment.

Can factoring brokers join?

Brokers may participate subject to approval for their role, category and service area. Appropriate permissions and any applicable licensing or referral requirements still apply. A lead credit is not a promised commission on a funded transaction.

Can I request trucking or staffing factoring leads?

These industries may fit the category when providers accept them and suitable inventory exists. Evaluate invoice documentation, customers, payment terms and existing obligations. No specific industry volume is guaranteed.

Can I refer a business with an existing factor?

An existing relationship requires disclosure and review, not an assumption that the business can switch immediately. The receiving provider must assess contract obligations, receivables assignments, liens and any transition requirements.

Does nonrecourse factoring mean every unpaid invoice is covered?

No. Coverage and exclusions depend on the provider’s contract. Do not label a lead as eligible for nonrecourse factoring or promise protection against every dispute or nonpayment event before provider review.

Is this a list of companies with overdue invoices?

No. The category concerns businesses seeking financing against receivables. It is not a debt collection list or a directory of delinquent customers.

Can I claim leads in another category?

Yes, subject to your approved role, category eligibility and the prospect’s permission. If a request fits a loan instead, explore business loan and credit line leads.

Can a referral outside invoice factoring earn a credit toward a factoring lead?

Yes. You can contribute an eligible inquiry in any of the 12 categories with appropriate permission. For example, a business that needs purchase order financing rather than funding against completed invoices may fit another provider. When that member claims your accepted referral, you earn a credit toward an available standard factoring inquiry. Each standard claim costs one earned credit with active Platinum, or one earned credit plus $40 without Platinum. Submission alone does not earn the credit or guarantee a matching lead.

General membership and delivery questions are covered in the hub’s exchange FAQ.

Why the Handoff Details Matter

Shane Fitzgibbon’s merchant intake, debt relief marketing and ISO onboarding experience informs the exchange’s attention to the reason for referral and the information a receiving provider needs.

Keep Customer and Invoice Records Out of Public Previews

Describe invoice volume, customer types and payment terms without publishing customer identities, invoice numbers, banking details or confidential records. Authorized supporting documents should pass through a separate secure review process.

A referral must have permission for its intended use and receiving provider, including handoffs across categories. Read the planned submission and privacy safeguards.

Turn More Business Conversations Into Factoring Opportunities

An inquiry outside your factoring criteria—or outside factoring altogether—may fit another exchange category. When your eligible referral is claimed, use the earned credit toward an available receivables inquiry your firm can assess.
